Challenge
The client was launching a new HR business and needed a brand built from the ground up. They wanted to avoid looking like every other HR consultancy, while still feeling professional, trustworthy, approachable and full of character.

Solution
We ran a brand building session to uncover the business DNA, exploring what they do, why they do it, who they help and how they wanted to show up. From this, we shaped their purpose, promise, values, behaviours, personality, name ideas, straplines, logo concepts, colours, fonts and visual direction.
